Manager for Craft

Support

Human support, from the people who built it

Manager for Craft is a small product from a small studio, and support is one of the things that makes that an advantage rather than an apology. Write to us and a person who can read the relevant code writes back, normally the same day.

[email protected]

Answered within one working day.
Production down? Say so in the first line.

What that actually means

A person, first time

No chatbot, no deflection to a knowledge base article, and no form that asks you to search before it will let you send. You write to us and one of us writes back.

The people who wrote the code

There is no first line to get past, because there is no second line to escalate to. Whoever answers can read the code your question is about, and usually already has.

One working day, and usually sooner

A modest commitment we can actually keep, rather than an hour we would miss. If something is broken on a production site, say so in the first line and it goes to the top.

Included, on both editions

There is no support tier to buy and no priority queue, because there is one plan. Self-hosting it for free does not put you behind anybody paying.

Or send it from here

The same inbox, without opening a mail client. It reaches the same people.

The site domain and the connector version save us a round trip.

  • Your message is emailed to us and is not stored on this server.
  • This site has no database, no account and nothing to sign in to.
  • We do not add you to a mailing list, and there is not one to add you to.

What to include

None of it is required. All of it means the first reply can be an answer rather than a question.

  • The site domain, if it is about one site in particular.
  • The connector version, from Settings in the Craft control panel.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Roughly when it started, so we can line it up against a release.

Faster than writing to us

The documentation covers installation, pairing, the findings reference and every setting, and it is the same text we would quote back at you.

Not a customer yet?

Questions before you sign up, billing, press or anything that is not a site needing help are all better off on the contact page. You get the same people either way, and there is no sales team on the other end of it.
